In addition to larger structural projects, we also complete interior and exterior improvements as part of broader remodels and property upgrades—especially for second homes and long-term rentals.

We proudly serve Newport, OR and surrounding areas along the central Oregon coast. Our typical service area extends about 30 miles, including Yachats, Toledo, Lincoln City, and nearby communities.

How soon can you book me in?
Most projects are scheduled 2–5 weeks out, depending on the scope of work, current scheduling, and material availability. Larger or more complex projects may require additional lead time.
We do our best to accommodate time-sensitive needs when possible, especially for second homes or rental properties. The best way to get accurate timing is to request an estimate so we can review your project details.
Do you charge for estimates?
No — residential estimates are always free. We’re happy to take a look at your project, discuss scope and options, and provide a clear, no-pressure quote.
